Quarter Beef
A quarter beef consists of approximately 110-135 pounds of beef.
Purchase price is $1,800, which includes basic processing and can be picked up at the next processing date. Going to the butcher in April 2026. Specialty processing will be at the customer’s expense.
Cuts may include- Ribeye, Filet, New York Strip, Flat Iron, Sirloin, Skirt, Flank, Chuck and Round Roasts, Cutlets, Brisket, Tri Tip, and Ground Beef (1lb packages).
At this time, our All-Natural Beef Portions are only available for pickup at the butcher in Seymour, Texas. Non-refundable $900 deposit due at reservation, final payment due seven days before butcher date.
