Valley View Meat Company
was born out of a
passion for wholesome, locally raised food.
We love to know where our food comes from, and we wish for all our friends and family a relationship with their local farmer and rancher. There’s more to fueling the body than simply eating. It’s about being confident in where your food comes from, knowing that food-raising process was as natural, simple and pure as possible. For Hippocrates said it best when he said, “Let thy medicine be thy food and thy food be thy medicine.”
With the supply disruptions we’ve all felt over the last couple years, we’ve been continually reminded of the importance of what we do in serving our customers. A wholesome, quality, local meat supply has never been more important.
With a strong desire to connect our family directly to their food source, our dream has grown to a burning in our belly to provide other families with an exceptional farm-to-table eating experience.
You can taste the care we put into our ranch-raised animals in the quality of the end product. Juicy, flavorful, all-natural, antibiotic free meat your family will love.
Our business is one built on stewardship: stewardship of our land, stewardship of our animals and stewardship of our health and stewardship of our family, and everything we do points back to that. We work to do what’s right, no matter what.
There’s a lot of noise these days when it comes to meat production. Our family strives to produce only the best, through the simplest management practices, without all the fluff. You can be confident you are getting the best locally-grown, ranch-raised meat. Period.

Meet Tara and Mark
Meet Tara and Mark! Mark is a Jack of All Trades. He farms full time. Around the place, he helps feed cattle and helps with about anything else. For fun, Mark enjoys hunting. Tara is the glue that holds the operation together. She milks the family milk cow, keeps all the books and transports kids and horses to events. Of course someone has to cook all the tender, juicy Valley View Meat Company meat and she happily obliges.
Tara’s favorite Valley View Meat Company cut is the Beef Tri-Tip. and Mark’s favorite all-natural Valley View Meat Company beef cut is a Beef Tenderloin Filet .
