A whole beef consists of approximately 450-550 pounds of beef.
Purchase price is $5,500, which includes basic processing and will be available at next available processing date. May 2025. Specialty processing will be at the cost of the customer.
Cuts may include- Ribeye, Filet, New York Strip, Flat Iron, Sirloin, Skirt, Flank, Chuck and Round Roasts, Cutlets, Brisket, Tri Tip, and Ground Beef (1lb packages). Custom cut sheet must be returned seven days prior to processing. Includes basic processing only.
At this time, our All-Natural Beef Portions are only available for local pickup. Non-refundable $2750 deposit required at reservation. Final payment due seven days prior to processing date.
